Why would I get cramps all the time?  It's not my period as it is not that time.  It feels like someone is stabbing me and then I can feel muscles bunching together!  Any reasons for this?  Could it be milk, I have been drinking a lot of it lately.

Try eliminating dairy for a few weeks and see if you feel better.  Last year I had to complete eliminate dairy (including hidden dairy, which is in everything!) for several months for my daughter, and I was shocked at how much better my system felt.

Have you talked to your OB about the cramping? Could be that you have something like fibroids or a cyst in your ovaries or uterus that need to be taken care of.

Maybe you have irritable bowedl syndrome. Its a disorder of the intestines. It causes belly pain or bloating, and diarrhea or constipation. Irritable bowel syndrome is a long term problem, but there are things you can do to reduce your symptoms.
