Guys somewhere i have read that excess of washing face can casue acne problem… is it true…??

I have butt acne, I use Neutrogena grapefruit body wash which helps, but I still seem to get one or two. I hear that laundry detergent can cause this, so what ingredients should I avoid? I shower daily so I don't know why this is happening. I do stress alot so could that be it? Also I use this body moisturizer that has aloe Vera

If you are using the soap with every wash then it will surely cause the problem as it drys our face very much, infact use some herbal products.

I dont think washing your face a couple of times a day causes acne. If you are really worried, use a face wah which has salyclic acid in it. That should help.

I don't think so. Having proper cleaning is very necessary to get rid of acne problem. Then how washing face can cause the acne problem.
