I haven't really had a big issue with facial acne. A zit or two pops up when I'm under stress or during my period. My back acne remains a concern though…What is to be blame for back acne? How do you prevent it?

To prevent it, just wash regularly, then exfoliate, then put on medicated cream..

Make sure to wash regularly. Is there anyone who can help you with skin cleansing? You can do a coconut oil cleanse on your back. This consists of rubbing in UNREFINED coconut oil into the skin for about 5 minutes. Then soak a towel in HOT water, squeeze out the excess, and place it on the affected area until it cools. Wipe the area down at this point and resoak the towel. Repeat 5-10 times – I Log in or Register to read more… |

Make sure to wash regularly. You can massage it with coconut oil. This can give you the good results.

Get Rid of Back Acne
Washing regularly is a great way to get rid of acne on your back. Make sure you use anti-bacterial soap and take a shower at least twice a day and after any activity that may cause you to sweat. (Remember, sweat mixes with skin oils which can clog your pores more than they already are. We do not want that.) Frequent showering is very helpful, but Log in or Register to read more… |
