Does anyone know of good supplements to take for improving memory? I have read a lot about some prescription drugs but are there any good natural supplements?
Has anyone heard of magnesium l-threonate? I have been looking for a
supplement that help with memory. Been reading a few articles
on magnesium and how it suppose to help. Does anyone have any

There are lots! I use several for school, but many of them are very
helpful in slowing the progression of Alzheimers as well. Piracetam and
vinpocetine come to mind right away. Piracetam needs to be taken with a
choline supplement (lecithin capsules are the cheapest).
