Do you believe in the power of positive affirmations?  Have you tried them and found they improved your mental outlook and reduced anxiety or stress?

Yes, I believe in the power of positive affirmations, especially in the improvement of emotional and mental outlook. Physical pain related to emotional or mental stress is easily relieved through positive affirmation.

Oh yes, positive affirmation is important in boosting one's confidence and self-esteem. I used to have a lot of negative thoughts, and it didn't do any good, so I've been trying to have the habit of encouraging and telling myself that 'I can do it'!

with positive affirmation, you can help others emotionally.. it's the best form of support and strength.. with a positive response (and sincerity!), the mental stability of a person may increase along with his/her self-worth and confidence..

I thoroughly believe in positive affirmations.  I use self-talk a lot.  I find that if I repeat my goals to myself and tell myself that I can get things done, I am usually more productive than on days I don't do my self-talk.
