The best advice you can give your friend is to make an appointment with a doctor. A doctor can precribe what she really need to do when an asthma attack is triggered.

The doctor will tell you the same thing find out what the trigger is and avoid it at all cost.  The key to managing your asthma successfully is to find out which food, situations and things you are allergic to and avoid it.  The difficult part is that pinpointing the trigger is as much trial and error, and it could take a long time.

The doctor will also prescribe a treatment plan for

I agree with that.  When I first had problems with my asthma, the doctor made me keep a journal of things I ate and did.  This way you could have something to look back on when you get an asthma attack.

It took me a couple of weeks before I found out that it was my bed that I was allergic to.  Apparently, the dust mites were triggering the asthma and not the food I was

You should get her to get an asthma test done. What I mean by this is a lung allergy test. This will determine what exactly she is sensitive to and thereby prevent any potential asthma attacks. You may also want to advise her to see her general practitioner regarding this.

The treatment
can be long term or short term which depends on the asthma condition. Many asthma
medications can be administrated orally or by inhalation. Metered-dose inhalers
are widely used method, but dry powder inhaler becoming more popular. The patient

Hello Friends……….

  1. Exercising regularly will strengthen your lungs. But consult a doctor before that.
  2. Cover your nose and mouth with a scarf during cold weather (it can
trigger asthma attack), so that the air that you breathe in is warm and
    filtered.
  3. Note all the factors that are responsible for your asthma attacks and keep away from

Asthma is an inflammatory disorder of the airways, which causes attacks of wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing. The goal of treatment is to avoid the substances that trigger your symptoms and to control airway inflammation. You friend her doctor should work together as a team to develop and carry out a plan for eliminating asthma triggers and monitoring symptoms.

I agree that since asthma is mainly caused by allergic reaction to a certain allergen, it is important to identify the allergens that usually trigger an asthmatic attack, then avoid them, to prevent  possible attcks.  For my niece eating too much chocolates usually triggers attacks

You know cemex there are now blood tests available in which your friend can be tested for specific allergies.  If she knows what she is allergic too she has a better chance of preventing asthma attacks.

Currently, there isn't a way to prevent asthma from starting in the first place. However, you can take steps to control the disease and prevent its symptoms.

1. Learn about your asthma and how to control it.

2. Follow your written asthma action plan. (See the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute's AsthmaLog in or Register to read more…

Asthma prevention can be thought of as a treatment without having totake medication. Avoiding triggers and taking your medication correctly are all important parts of asthma prevention.Wheezing when breathing, especially on exhale,The wheezingmay be loud enough to be heard from a distance. prevention of the asthma, it is possible to control with medical
therapy. This is done in the frequent foundation as a routine. The
medical therapy which is offered makes the lung which decreases the
chance of the thing which has attack easy. Asthmatic medical therapy is
offered to the adult and child both. In addition there is a
