hi
From childhood i have some problem in breathing…..but this does not happen regularly..sometime it happens, especially in the changing weather condition..or sometime when i run….i contact many doctors but i cant get rid permenently from this….some doctors said it is ASTHMA and some said it is allargey…i am very very confused and tense…will some body tell me what is it and Log in or Register to read more… |

I had a friend who said he had "exercise induced asthma"; that could be what you have. Check out this website: http://www.emedicinehealth.com…..cle_em.htm It says that some people mainly get asthma when they exercise, and are also sensitive to changes in temperature. I would consult another doctor. You may need to see a lung specialist in order to get complete treatment. There are many options to treat asthma, you just need to find out which is the best for you.

Whatever it is, consult as many doctor as you can. Because having difficulty in breathing is very scary. I have asthma, I've had it since I was a child, but it's gotten less as I am getting older. But I still get attacks, when I'm really tired and theres a sudden change of weather.

With my mom suffering from the same symptoms like during cold season she used to feel breathlessness and she resurrects herself with the help of inhalers. And she is more allergetic to dust and it aggravates if ever get exposed to. So I would advice to consult your GP and take the necessary precaution to control the difficulty in breath. There should be no confusion here. Asthma is an allergy. Asthma is triggered by allergens that constrict your airways, making it difficult for you to breath.
