If I may add, lower back pain can also be indicative of medical conditions such as kidney problems, herniated disc, urinary tract infections, bone conditions, among others.

I have back pain a lot, probably from my poor posture as well as scoliosis. I found that when I experienced my worst back pain it was because I had a urinary tract infection. If you have sudden back pain definitely pay attention to symptoms that might indicate a UTI.
