muscles with 5 minutes of light aerobics such as walking or riding a

stationary bike before either stretching or strengthening exercises to

reduce the risk of injury.

There are two very effective Yoga positions to reduce back pain. Lay down on your stomach, hands straight towards your leg and lift your legs from thyes without taking any support of your hands. This will put pressure on your lower back. The other position is explained by sarah.

Hi,,,

   I advice you this exercise for geting rod of this pain.Hope so this shall works for you.You have to follow this for atleaset in order to get rid of back pain…

Stand upright with your back against a wall and feet shoulder width apart.Slowly bend your knees, sliding your back down the wall, for a count of five until your knees are bent at a 45 degree angle.

Good exercises and i think back pain happens due to picking overweight and also because of some heavy exercises like pickinfg extra weight while weight lifting.

In the back pain you need proper rest. Yes exercise
work but not in all cases. If you not know the real cause of pain then don't
take any kind of risk. It this kind of pain continous then you need to see the
doctor for the better treatment.

Oh … lots of exerise suggestion are here for back pain for back muscles ,..,

Sometime this exercise create too many problems in starting time . Like back pain , neck pain , legs pain , etc . Thanks for sharing this information with us .
