Sit straight. Do not sit with band back. Sleep on single layer of only sheet. Do not sleep on soft bed. Do exercise. Keep walking more. Walkin is the best way to relieve from back pain. If you do not relieve from it then show to orthopetic doctor. Wear belt to back for support. Do not lift weight. Do not band through back.
