yes exercise can reduce the pain of back.

to learn proper back exercise i would suggest you should visit a physico therapist near by you.

they will tell you which exercise will benifits you the most.

Its depend on the type of the back pain. If you have immune problem then exercise does not work.

hi there would be some exercises those can helped you to relief in back pain .. Pilates or yoga will strengthen the core muscles, which support your lower back… But still you also need some masaj  .

I do agree with Michealwolf. There are some of the exercise which can help to reduce the pain. But it shold be consult which one can suit to the best, because wron exercise can also increase the pain.

Sometimes it just happens bigborecycle, you accidentally strain or lift.  Prevention doesn't seem to fit back pain, that's a weird response.  Seems more like you are talking about high cholesterol or diabetes.

Yes it can, if you do a regular exercise for the back pain it will definitely. You can try Opposite Arm and Leg Extension, One-Leg Bridge, Basic Crunches: upper abdominal exercise, otational Crunch: obliques exercise (sides of the abdomen), Reverse Crunch, Straight Leg Lifts, The Wall Squat.
