It sounds like you might be having a reaction to your deoderant. Sometimes when sweat and deoderant mix, it can cause an allergic reaction. My boyfriend has something like this. When he changed his deoderant, he went back to normal.

It can be an allergy or it can be fungus forming on your armpit. Try washing your armpit when it gets itchy.

My husband is in the medical field so I asked him about this post. He agrees that it sounds like an allergic reaction to the deodorant. You could just keep changing deodorants until you find which one doesn`t bother you. Or it could also be your laundry detergent that you are possibly allergic to.

Try using natural deodorants, it might have no reaction, and try to keep your armpit dry.

Yes, the crystal rock deodorants, or even just a change of fragrance could make a huge difference. I use them myself with a good amount of success-they are as effective for me as the alternatives.

I used to have the same problem as yours but the doctor says that it was fungus and he advices me to use anti-fungal soap whenever I wash my armpit and I also use natural deodorants like for example the crsytal rock.

How is your armpit now? If it's fungus, then keep your armpit dry, because fungus flourishes in wet environment. And if it's just a reaction to current deo, then changing to another brand every now and then will definitely solve it.

Fungus loves to live on wet places specially in the armpit where you get all the sweat most of the time. Does it smells fowl or something?

Its sounds like your deodorant is irritating your skin. I recommend that you change your brand of deodorant.

Is your armpit the only place that gets itchy when you sweat?

Maybe you have skin problems. It can be right that you have allergic reaction with your deodorant. Do you have reddish effects and have burning feeling in your armpits? Or is it just itchy?

If you are using deodorant, maybe you need to change.Maybe you have some allergic reaction to your deodorant.
Try to use cotton clothes and dry off you armpit area after a bath.Use an antibacterial soap and see how it goes.

When you apply deodrant , make sure you apply it on clothes and not on your skin . Many people do the same mistake .
