Someone in our family has a rash type almost like a heat rash but in the center of the circle there are like 2 or 2 little clear blisters almost. We can not seem to figure it out and if its worth having a trip out to the doctors for, I was wondering if this could this be bacterial or not?

How long has your family member had the rash? Did they get bit by something? If it has been quite a while since they have had it, it probably would be a good idea to see the doctor. They may need antibiotics.

The most common food allergy symptoms include tingling in the mouth, hives, itching or eczema, swelling of the lips, face, tongue, and throat or other parts of the body, wheezing, nasal congestion or trouble breathing, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, dizziness, lightheadedness or fainting. From Fred's description it doesn't sound like a food allergy.

Rash is generally caused by a skin
irritation that can result from an allergy, infection, or skin problem like
eczema or psoriasis. I think you need to see the doctor for the better treatment.
