I was taking Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo for birth control and it really made my breasts sore for 3 weeks out of a month. I have been unable to find any way to stop this symptom and it went on for 6 months in a row. Would switching to a different type of pill help? Is there anything else I could do, as I intend to start taking the pills again?

I had this issue when I started birth control pills many years ago but it didn't last as long as yours. Sounds like you are only having pain when you are on the "active" pills since it is 3 weeks out of the month. Have your doctor try you on another low dose estrogen birth control. I had good luck with Aleese.

You should definitely check with your doctor because you need to find a different birth control that doesn't cause that side effect especially one that doesn't last that long.

I had this happen as well but also not as long as you. After a few weeks it stopped except right before I was to get my period.
