Try to eat healthier, drink more water than sugary drinks and exercise. Walking 20 minutes 3-4 times a week can lower blood pressure as much as 20 points all by itself.
Eating healthy and having a normal weight should help keep a blood pressure down. Also, keeping your stess levels down. If you are a high stressed person, that will raise your blood pressure. Find ways to relax.
There are people that are pre-disposed to having High BP. These people should be more careful. Watch what you eat , exercise daily, and sleep/rest well
See your doctor if you know you have elevated blood pressure. Yes, losing weight, exercising, and watching your diet can help to lower your blood pressure. But, you may need medication to help regulate it in the mean time. Â
One thing you can do is change your eating habits and get plenty of exercise. This will contribute to weight loss and eventually lower your blood pressure.
Sometimes, exercise and diet won't make enough of a difference. So I agree with JustSam, get checked out by your doctor and see if you need to start on medication. High blood pressure can really do serious damage if it goes on unregulated.
In order to maintain a normal blood pressure, you have to eat the right foods and get plenty of exercise. If you are taking pills, make sure you are taking them at the recommend time on your prescription.
It is very important to keep a healthy blood pressure. If your BP is abnormally high it could lead to strokes and heart attacks. This is too important to not talk to your doctor about it and if he suggests BP pills be sure you take them everyday.
Blood pressure is determined by a variety of factors. Diet is one of the important aspects in controlling your blood pressure. Make sure you eat healthy and balanced. Also the amount of stress you encounter also results in blood pressure rising. Try keeping this under control.
Anyone here can help me how to maintain normal BP?
I don't believe blood pressure would be considered a blood disorder.  But to maintain a normal BP, eat well, exercise  regularly. If you have hypertension you may have to start taking blood pressure medications.
