This is very interesting! Even though it is rare, I actually have a cousin with this condition! Like you said, Rene, the disease usually takes a long time to develop but here are some of the symptoms that my cousin suffered:

Headache, dizziness, fatigue, redness of the skin, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing while lying down, chest pain, bloating in upper abdomen, itchiness
