Recently I was in a rear end car collision. At the time of the accident I thought everything was okay, come to find out I really wasn't. I wanted to start a thread to let people know how important it is to make sure you are completely checked out after any rear impact collision. Two years back I met with an accident as a pillion rider on a two-wheeler and you resemble the same fate. As we were travelling in a limited speed and wearing head gears, we were saved from any  life threatening injiuries. I can imagine the trauma of an accident of your nature.

Thank you very much for posting this. My sister got hit by a sleepy cab driver a few months back, she was okay,and had x-rays, and everything turned out well. But lately, she's feeling a bit weird on her shoulders, so we really need to go and see a doctor and get more tests done.

I would keep current on the doctor visits because it sounds like your case is very serious. I would talk to my doctor if I was you and see what can be done to alleviate your pain.

I think it is always for the best to get checked out by a doctor after a wreck even if you do not feel any immediate pain. You never know when pain like this could sneak up on you later. And I agree that you should see a doctor because you do not want any internal injuries to go untreated.

Head injury can occur immediately or develop slowly over several hours or
days. Even if the skull is not fractured, the brain can bang against the inside
of the skull and be bruised. The head may look fine, but complications could
result from bleeding or swelling inside the skull.

In any serious head trauma, always assume the spinal cord is also injured.

The main reason of these problem may be cervical . Which is too painful for our body , brain , head etc also .
