I just broke up with the girl I thought I would be with for the rest of my life. I was getting ready to propose to me and she told me she's not sure that she wants to stay with me. I told her she had to choose so she chose to remain single and looking. I'm devestated!

Well I know it's hard but be thankful that you were not already married and then she decided that it wasn't meant to be. It will be tough for a bit but it's better in the long run. Do you have any close friends you can call or hang out with?

This is probably one of the most painful things that can happen in life, it is so hard to come to grops with the feelings that occur when someone that you loved so much that you were willing to spend your life with decides it is not right.
My advice is to let her go, sometimes it is not right and you have to think of it as an equally as loving gesture that they were strong

How are you doing now? It's only been 6 days but those 6 days could feel like a long time. It is tough ending a relationship with someone that you thought was the one. I agree that you should be thankful and I'm sure you will be as time goes on, that you broke it off before it went farther.

This is a really harsh and difficult time for you! Try to pull through it till the best of your ability. Maybe have a talk with her to see why she does not want to – even though she might not change her mind, at least you will get a couple of answers out of her.
