I have carpal tunnel syndrome in my right wrist. I prefer to use a natural or alternative therapy for carpal tunnel syndrome. Does anyone know of any?

I am not aware of anything other than wearing a wrist strap.  I have a friend who is very heavy in natural medications and herbs.  She had to have surgery for carpal tunnel and it has come back again in the same wrist and now she wears a wrist strap.  None of the herball medicines have helped her in any way and she will soon need corrective surgery again. I wish you luck in finding something

My husband has carpal tunnel and he was prescribed physical therapy. They taught him a bunch of exercises and now it hardly bothers him at all.
