I have recently found out that I have celiac disease and so does my 14 month old daughter. I am looking for any resources of like safe food lists so that we can get on the right track to getting better. Does anyone have any good resources?

Celiac disease is an inherited disease so it's no wonder that you and your daughter both have it, Alygirl. It's lucky for her that you've found it out so early in her life and can prevent her from suffering digestive problems!
