Hi Guys… Cholestrol is severe disease in this era which if we not control then we may suffer loss of life in form of heart attack . It actually come into existence because of usage of Fast food and Food hat contain oil .We need to give up to eat fast foods .Morever, Fruits and vegetables and take green tea . Some exercsies such as Running and Walking would be fruitful to control it .

You want to control in cholesterol than you can daily do some exercise for stay healthy.Than you must avoid oily food and out side food because it help to increase fat,calory in our body it is main reason to increase cholesterol.Take sugar less food.

I should have added that there is probably some push from the drug
companies on the doctors to use these trendy drugs like Vitorin and
others. The drug reps are notorious for wining and dining the doctors
and giving them samples to get them to write more scrips for what they
sell. The drug companies want to make back their R&D costs as quickly

The easiest way to lower Cholesterol is to do what I did:
1) Reduce eating out at resturants to 1 time a week
2) Exercise 3-4 times a week, for 1 hours each time. I targeted cardo and a heart rate of 120bpm
3) Reduce your calorie intake down to 2000 cal
4) Write down everything you eat
5) Only have a sweet once a day
