According to data pooled from 25 different studies on nut consumption, eating about 2.4 ounces of nuts daily can lower your total cholesterol about 5.1%! Eating nuts also resulted in 7.4% reduction in LDL (bad cholesterol), an 8.3% reduction in the ratio of LDL to HDL (good cholesterol levels), and a 10.2% decrease in triglycerides in those who initially had high triglyceride levels. This is great news for me. I am borderline with the cholesterol, and I would like to lower it a bit more to keep it out of mind. I would not mind eating cashews everyday. I just need to put them in little portions so I am not tempted to keep eating from the can.

I am doubtfull , if they remove cholestrol . I think they increase cholestrol . But im not sure .

Well I am also afraid to say that that any type of Nuts are helpful to increase cholestrol instead of reducing it because these contain Carbohydrates that contain fats which result in More cholestrol . So how it is possible that Nuts are helpful to reduce cholestrol .
