There are some days when I almost fell narcaleptic and I am pretty sure this is not an issue I have but who knows? Is there really a difference between that and CFS or is it the exact same? Most places I have looked just say its fatigue, but is it fatigue when you are pushing yourself too much or just fatigue any random time?

Hi Bennie,
I don't believe it is the same thing. Hopefully you don't have either because from the description below neither sound good. Maybe you are just over working yourself.
Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a complicated disorder characterized by extreme fatigue that may worsen with physical or mental activity, but doesn't improve with rest. Log in or Register to read more… |

I know someone who has been diagnosed with narcolepsy. His was stress related and he just all of a sudden started having issues. Since being diagnosed, I think he is on some kind of medication and is doing better.

Is this your first time? You might need some medication that stimulates your brain to keep you awake during the day. I think you need to seek medical help.

I think it just means fatigue in general. When you push yourself too hard than that is the obvious culprit. But when you sleep well and are healthy than there is no reason you should feel fatigued.
