I am so ready for cold and flu season to be over this year. Seems like they are both nearly impossible to get rid of this year or the same people just get it over and over. I have to go to the doctor today and I dread it because of how many cold and flu infected people will be there.

Yes it's definitely been a rough season! I was hit hard over Christmas, which made for a fun holiday. Everyone I know has been really sick at least once this winter.

You know what, viruses are adapting to the medicines that we take so we need more powerful drugs to combat these microscopic organisms. I guess the length of having colds is the sign that viruses are fighting back to counter the drugs we use.

It has been a tough season. I had a really bad cold in December, then a few days after my husband ended up catching it. We'd been staying with his family prior to that and everybody there was sick! It's really amazing to think about how all of these viruses go around.

I have been insanely lucky in the past few years (knock on wood) and haven't really been sick at all. I think it's still too early to consider the season over though and I probably just jinxed myself!!

It is not over yet ~ I seem to have been hit with a cold. I hope it does not turn into the flu but the way I feel I think it might. I am all achey and very tired and I have junk stuck in my nose.

We have been very lucky in our house. The girls usually bring the flu home from school, but this year they have only had a little cold and stuffy nose. However, I feel you. I am praying for the end of the flu season. We barely go out trying to keep away from sick people.

If we got it this year, it was mild (for which I am grateful). We had something go through the family that involved coughing, sinus junk, and – for some – fever, but we didn't have it cultured so we don't know for sure what it was.

As winter is comencing and due to this transition of the weather, everybody is getting infection with commom flu. It is such an irritating disease that make your every moment at work or at home a nightmare. I pray to God no one get this infection cause I am having it at the moment.
