Hi Guys… I'm a stay at home dad… and came across a question.  i figured that you'd be the ones to ask. 

This blog post about natural ways to cure a flu and it makes sense except for one part. it also says "no milk!"

I always give my kids hot milk when they are sick. Is that really bad? Are they right???
