In modern days when people are too busy
in their works, they have no time to concentrate on their health.
Although everyone knows how important a good health is yet they have

Hi Guys…I think You need to brush your teeth twice a day which would be helpful to get rid of germs that main cause so many problems like pain in gums .

2.Eat healthy food,

4.Brush up and down to clean your teeth.

7.Do not keep empty stomach for long
8.Go to your dentist to dental chekup regularly.

2 After take a meal brush your teeth completely.
3 If u have teeth ache avoid cold water.
4 Go for routine dental check up in six month.
