I broke my nose a couple of times when I was younger. It's pretty UGLY now (I have a bump on the top) and I'm having worse sinus problems as I age. Is it too late for this to be fixed? What can they do to fix it?

I hate to say this but they can rebreak it and straighten it out. It's not pleasant but it does help. Make sure you find the right ENT for you though before you commit.

Is that all they can do? I've heard that they can go up and straighten something out too? I don't like the sound of another broken nose! Ouch! I've got a great doctor in mind, although his bedside manner is TERRIBLE.
