They say different women deal with nausea and morning sickness in different ways. What may work for one mom-to-be may not work on another. So how did you deal with yours when you were pregnant? It was acupressure for me. Morning sickness and vomiting was really bad in my case and was even bedridden for days because I couldn't do anything but throw up. I had a bad case of morning sickness, too. I took a lot of sleep during my first trimester (all three pregnancies), nibbled on lemons, and ate nothing but crackers. My body refuses to take any other food.

I am planning on trying the seabands next time around but the first time I had never heard of them. I ate a lot of saltine crackers and sipped on a lot of cold water and ginger ale and just tried to take it easy. Fortunately my morning sickness only lasted about a month.

My wife also couldn't keep anything down when she was pregnant with our son, who's now two years old. It was saltine crackers for her and she nibbled on ice cubes.
