I think most couples want their relationship to last, but it doesn't always go well as they expect it does. So, how to tell her that you cannot continue for some good reason, while she thinks that everthing's OK?

Is the reason you want to end the relationship something you have brought up in the past? She isn't aware that there is any problem in the relationship?

Be gentle and dont argue and do not blame each other. That is the best way that worked for me to.
And meet her last time and tell her the main reason and what you really want her to know why you are breaking up with her.
