What is your favorite way to exercise? I usually like to go for a long brisk walk or for a swim to get my workout. I have a few aerobics dvds but i haven't used them in awhile. I just found some 10 minute workouts and I am thinking of giving those a try. Everybody has 10 minutes!

I like to walk for my exercise but I have recently discovered yoga. I don't know if yoga helps you to lose weight but it does help me to relax and stretch.

I like biking around for at least an hour. This is really refreshing as you get the wind gliding over your face for the whole duration. I also make sure that the biking is a challenge for myself so that I get some cardio exercise as well.
I also like doing a bit at home as well to keep myself in shape such as push ups, sit ups and crunches. Sometimes I even do star jumps. I have recently Log in or Register to read more… |

I alwys prefer yoga and running.Running is the best exercise .Most of the colories and excessive fat can be burn while running.

Well I loooooove hiking. I live in a really urban area, so that doesn't happen nearly enough. I also love swimming and would love to learn how to do synchronized swimming! That looks totally fun!

my mantra for my exercise are
1.do lot of cardio like jogging, skipping and oter cardio exercise.
2.then i like puch up and pull up de most as doing these form of exersice your whole body work out is being done.
3.eat balance diet teat is very important to do it you want to achive optimum health.

I do exercise regularly because I know it is very important for maintaining helath and improving the fitness and stamina.
My favorite exercise is yoga, I do it regulalry. It improves both physical and mental health and prevents from a number of diseases such as blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes, stomach problems, stress, and depression.
