A gluten free diet is a diet completely free of ingredients derived from gluten containing cereals: Wheat (including kamut and spelt), barley, rye and triticale, as well as the use of gluten as a food additive in the form of flavoring, stabilizing or thickening agent, It is recommended amongst other things in the treatment of ceolic disease, non-coeliac gluten intolerance, dermatitis

My daughter has celiac disease and let me tell you it is hard to find foods that do not contain gluten. We have to buy lots of really expensive specialty products now.

YEs as celiac sufferers we have to skip all health vitamins from wheat or whatever we eat … they question is here in my mind that can we ever found a cure for celiac disease or we will have to live with it for forever ?
