Here's what i do to protect my heart is first i take supplement that will help my heart function well (Omega 3 Fish Oil Ultimate), next i eat foods with less cholesterol and less fat contents. I also exercise daily. I make sure that i will live a lifestyle that is non stressful and a healthy one.

If you want to protect your heart than you can do daily exercise in the morning.You must take healthy food like fruit and green vegetable.You must avoid more calories and fatty food because it is resky to heart attack.Avoid smoking.

I will suggest u to take colestrol in normal range, avoid smoking, take healthy fruits, do diffrent exercises on daily basis like running (Morning Walk) etc. Heart is the most important fpart in human body.

Workout is the best way for leving healthy life. avoid smoking, take healthy fruits, do diffrent exercises on daily basis like running and walking in garden at morning time and evening time. maintain your sugar level in your body. don't be depress by any reason . be happy everytime.

There are some great tips to protect your heart. Stop smoking and reduce stress. Avoid eating very salty, spicy, oily and sugary foods. Get enought sleep. Walk at least 45 minutes early in the morning. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

It's happen mainly colestral, So take more vegetables and fruits.
Avoid oil items, Do yoga, exercise it's should be helpful.
