I see so many people who are taking their health and just gambling it away. I see people that ski meals a great deal and I am sure this has to take a toll on ones health. Can you end up with an immune disorder because of it though?

No you won't end up with an immune disorder from skipping meals but you will cause other damage to your system depending on what they are eating and when.  Most times people who skip meals end up heavier because the body stores the food as fat in order to be able to feed itself when it needs nutrition.  Therefore the extra weight can cause all sorts of disorders.

If you weren't eating at all you might end up sick because you are going to be lacking in vitamins. If you just skip a meal here or there, I think you will be okay.

If you skip mealing, you will not necessarily die, but you will have long term health problems. The reason for this is because you deprive your body of important nutrients.

I have an uncle that developed nervous breakdown because of skipping meals. Isn't that scary enough, for people who are skipping meals? They should stop doing that!

Skipping a meal every now and again isn't going to hurt anything. But if you are skipping many meals and are losing weight too fast you can cause yourself more harm than good. It's not a good idea to have irregular meal times either. The body works better when it is nourished regularly.

What i personally think is that skipping meals should be considered as lack
of health. Sometimes it is good to skip a meal instead of overeating. Even
dieticians advise health. We can relate improper food timings to our health . If
we often eat at a particualar time and then all of a sudden if we change
timings, health can be disturbed. So it advisable to take food time
