Anemia is a lack of red blood cells either caused by natural tendencies or some medications or substances you come in contact with. There are several types of anemia and simple anemia can be treated by adding more iron to the diet.

I have never heard that but low iron could give you anemia and this can be cured by taking more iron into your system and possibly getting B12 complex shots.  I had to have them at one time when my hands and arms started tingling and my fingers weren't working properly when I was typing at work.  The words would come out all jumbled which my my work twice as hard because I had to make lots of
