Although people have lot of diet plans which can be followed and can be helpful for their health and fitness . I would also suggest diet plan which also would be good to main tain fitness and to lose weight but the most important is to follow that plan if to get the return . Here is that

 

 Eat light foods such as Vegetables, Fruits , Fish

Add Some healthy foods in your diet and do exersice regularly.

Try eating oatsmeal in breakfats or go with eggs & non creamy milk !

Have a little luch and dinner  with food rich in fibre and eats lots of fruits like berries . try to get your dinner done 3 before going to bed !

 

This routine will surely helps your in getting your desired weight loss goal.
