Does anybody here get panic attacks, and if so, what helps relieve them? I have a friend who gets them pretty bad. I want to be able to help her when she gets them, but I'm not sure what to do! She said sometimes laughing helps, but I never remember any good jokes :(.

It's really rough when you have these. I have a sister who had these for quite some time. She was treated with antidepressants and they finally stopped. It was really rough on her at the time though.

I don't know what makes them better. I know when I get nervous I deep breathe, and try to calm myself down. I go out and walk and listen to music to calm me down. I always listen to slow, soothing music.

Hello Friends………
Panic attacks do directly affect the nervous system and eating
foods rich in B vitamins will help to reduce angst and also induce a calming
effect, while delivering nourishment for a healthy nervous system.
Thanks
