I have a question.  How do you if you have just experienced orgasims? I'm a 23-year-old woman, btw.

Hmmmn…
it really varies from woman to woman, and it could vary for you during
different times in your life.  It can be very explosive, and you are
assaulted by different sensations.  While other times, you could have a
more subtle orgasm.  BTW, it is not spelled as orgasim :)

Yeah, I heard that it really does vary as a lot of factors affect the orgasm you have like stress, mood, your partner…

If you are talking about body responses, well there are a lot as well. Aside from the contractions of your pc muscle and other surrounding muscles, you also have brain wave patterns that are changed when you have an orgasm.

It is not unusual, by the way, to be a 23 year old woman and not know if you've ever had an orgasm – even if you have been sexually active for years. On the other hand, once you *have* had one, you will know. It really is difficult to explain. The term "release" has been used, and is pretty accurate.

Muscles ~ pay attention to your muscles.  You will feel them contracting.  Some women don't have them from just intercourse, you might need more stimulation.  You will know when you have one.  Keep on trying!

In my opinion, there's really no mistaking an orgasm. My general thought is that if you are wondering if you have had one, you probably haven't. That doesn't mean it will never happen. Just relax and try not to think/worry about it too much. Putting mental stress on yourself to have one will only get in the way.
