After my wife and I had been 'intimate', I went to the bathroom about 30 minutes later or so.  I felt something leave my urethra, which I assumed was remaining semen.  It was dark and I could not see.  The next time I urinated, I noticed a blood clot, and every time I have urinated since, there has been usually a small amount mixed with the urine, with a clot coming maybe 2-3 times
