  The best way to get rid of any diseases is by natural ways.I have read a research that claims there is always some side effect of each medicine which we don't notice at the time of medication but discover them later on…

There are some interesting ideas here. I am only allergic to ragweed (and some drugs, but I avoid chemical medications altogether) and some years I seem to skip the season. But when it's bad – it's bad. The constant runny nose and incessant sneezing is what gets to me.
