My friend is allergic to shell fish. I feel so bad  for her because I love seafood and and she can't have any. Her allergy is so bad, that if she even touches it, she will break out in a rash.

I've recently developed an allergy to seafood. I feel so sad, because I so love eating them.

I feel really bad for your friend, but she must stay away from shell fish if she doesn't want to get sick. When you two go out to eat, try going to restaurants that serve a variety of food.

The next time you come in contact with proteins in shellfish, these antibodies recognize them and signal your immune system to release histamine and other chemicals that cause
