I think I will not be able to give 6 tips but I will give you one and it will be equal to all 6 and the tip is "
To lose your weight you have to do jogging at least for an hour per day

I would agree with this , eat less of the original. In some cases, the substitute may be worse
for you than the regular version of the product. The good news is,
healthier choices are silently replacing their “normal” counterparts –
and they taste just as nice.

Eat lot of vegetables, Drink atleast 8 glass of water in a day and walk daily atleast a 2km. Do regualr exercise/ yoga will get log run results in weight loss.

I really like your tips for weight loss . I would ike to add some more as :
Focus on quality foods which do not include fats and oil and fruits and vegetables are those foods which are free from fats
Drink fruit juices and Green tea along with water
