I've had yeast infections before and they are very uncomfortable! The only times I've had them was due to antibiotics. This is why I dread taking them.

Annelise, if you eat yogurt or take a probiotic when on antibiotics, it will help stave off a yeast infection.  Just make sure you wait a minimum of 2 hours after you take the antibiotic so you give it a chance to work.
